Hospital Veterinario La Granja is a company of veterinary services, they have 22 years on the market, addressing housewives of Medium-Low NSE, who live in the zone of Arboledas Sur, that consider her pets as part of their families and are looking to give them a personalized and quality care to his pets.
The company´s competitive advantage is quality on personalized service, the activities that the company do to accomplished core competence are:
  • Personal with medical vet degree
  • Medical diagnosis based on medical exams
  • Warm and friendly attention
  • Own the necessary technology for diagnosis
  • Pet-friendly establishment
  • Suitable infrastructure for treatment of animals

  • Permanent presence of the medical chief

la granja.pngCurrently on the subject of digital media the company uses two main sources to be close to its customers which include Facebook and a CRM system specializing in veterinary companies called Vetter.
Within its Facebook page contents are publishing promotions, useful information for customers (tips for pet care) and images of physical facilities. Another feature of the Facebook page is to answer questions or comments that customers make to the company.
Hospital Veterinario La Granja currently has Vetter Software a specialized CRM for veterinary businesses, this allows the company to record information of  both pet owners and animals (breed, age, medical history, immunizations, etc.), this system permit them to call customers about future appointments, monitoring treatments.

Analyzing the information above, we propose that Hospital Veterinaria La Granja implement the following strategies:

-Update the CRM they own, that the data collection is correct and they make decisions based on the information collected in the system.
-The proposed strategy for one to one marketing is to implement the customization of packages for each type of customer, where they have the freedom to choose the services for their package to be purchased for a limited time.
-The strategy for Loyalty programs we are proposing is to implement a frequent customer card where the accumulation of 6 purchases in aesthetics the next visit  goes free.
-The e-marketing strategy we proposed is to implement is by e-mail, where customers receive veterinary promotions, news, and recall of scheduled appointments.

    I think you have a nice startegy, but i would do like contest for dogs, and do an interaction between the pet owner and the owner.
    This kind of events will do your Brand more known by the people

    I think the idea of using your facebook page to answer questions is a really good idea, but you could compliment it with a platform specially designed as a chat room, so that your customers can ask any doubts, etc. about their pets and have a real time conversation with one of your specialists.

  7. It´s interesant the way they use the CRM. It´s cool because you dont need to worry about the vaccines which are complicated to know when the pet need it. They send you alerts and promotions because they know all of your pet.
    Facebook page it´s commun almost all the companies already have facebook page, but its importante the use they give to it, this tool can be useful

  8. I think you have a really interesting proposal, i like it.
    Nowadays people are really worried about their pets, They treat them like a family member and its important that the company realize about it and give them a good service. The CRM will help you to have a control about your clients and to give them a special promotions and discounts. Also you can inform them about certain innovations of your company.

    I think also will be a good idea create a event where people can participate with their pets. Then you can take pictures and videos to upload on social networks to get people more interested.

  10. I think that the CRM is a good strategy and they can take better opportunities if they use that tool to offer a personalized service and give each client what they really need and not what the company guess he need.

I like all the services that you offer, its a important thing to a lot of people to take care of their pets, there are people that even buy luxury stuff to their pets like clothes, swaroski cristal necklaces, ect, maybe will be good for you to make a bigger publicity in malls in Guadalajara or places with a lot of people.
