WEB ANALYTICS PROGRAM
Currently
Rossano is not using any analytic tool, the tools we propose to be used to
measure the Facebook and Tweeter activity, effectivity, response and results
are Facebook Statistics and Retweetist.
Facebook Statistic it’s a tool
offered by Facebook that shows:

The
kind of post people like the most, o the best ones of the day in, this is a
very useful tool to create attractive content.
·
Segmentation
of your “Fans” by ages and sex.
·
How
many of your followers are actually interacting with you, if they have comment
your content, share or “Liked it”.
·
How
many of your fans have stopped following your page.
With
this tool we will measure the response Rossano´s Facebook has had, also it will
help us to know our segment better.
For
Tweeter we will use retweets. Retweetist distills links, content and users that
are being retweeted the most and ranks them according to freshness and
frequency. The app also serves as a good guide to see who is creating the most
retweeted messages, making it easier to find out which Twitter users are
actually worth following.
The most useful part of the service is Retweetist’s own twitter account,
which feeds new links that are currently being retweeted the most in Twitter in
your tweet stream. Users can follow it to keep up with the key info on
Retweetist without accessing the site.
CONTINGENCY PLAN
Analyze the problems and use the data base to make a different plan and being in control of tools in every moment to make the necessary changes Rossano´s plan might need.
