b) What web analytics program do you suggest for your company? Do they currently use any kind of program or analyze its presence in digital media in any way? Describe it. 

well our blog has many information of the Company, so as, de flavors of the macaroon, the diferent locations, the adrees, email, telephone, fax etc.
You can put comments of the Company or of the macaroons if weaather you like them or not, the diferent atention they pay you etc.
This blog will help us to be bigger in all countries so we can be recognized. We also put images of the locations so they can see that the place is comfortable so that you fell like in your home, you can go with your family, Friends, boyfriend, girlfriend, and have a good quality time.

b)   What will be your contingency plan correction plan and when do you suggest starting implementation?
Changing the strategies proposed to be sending mails of our menus, new releases and coupons to our key costumers to being calling them to visit our cake shops and getting to know our favorite desserts and preferred by the people making a private invitation to each one of our costumers to come in person to our dessert shops and knowing the best flavors and new releases and receiving discount coupons for their next visit.
