Currently Petit Macaron costumers
can be identify my costumers because I can know them and distinguish them when
they go to buy desserts to the cake shop, is a easy and good way to know them
and know their preferences and likes.
What is your proposal?
The proposal to Petit Macaron is
that they should expand, first to other cities in Mexico; it’s an excellent
type of cake shop that has lots of opportunities to expand and be positioned in
top cake shops in Mexico.
First they should implement a CRM
in the case we offered Zoho CRM which helps to get close to your costumers
actually Petit Macaron is using an application called Tienda Nube is to be
current with their stocks, an exhibition of the products and is a application
which is commonly used to change stocks in the web page and refresh
information, is not a complete system to manage the company in Zoho CRM they
can have more tools and good stuff to approach, in Zoho first you can have an
agenda with your costumers information, contacts, opportunities, campaigns to
do and to manage the special orders your clients make to petit M for special
events. Zoho will help Petit Macaron to grow with their client’s agenda and be
better on sales, orders, support and marketing.
The beauty of Zoho CRM, as with
all Customer Relationship Management software, is that it is built on a
relational database that lets you connect all of your different types of
information. Contacts are associated to the accounts to which they
belong, tasks are assigned to specific contacts, sales opportunities to
accounts, etc. Each record type or “module” has its own tab where you can
view records individually or in a list format.
it will be great for Petit Macaron
too to use to the Seesmic tool, which provides Petit Macaron the opportunity to
have and manage every day blog. Like this people can read information related
to Petit macaroon, to French bakeries, were macaroons come from, in which
presentations and flavors you can taste and see the macaroons, like this the

your customers?
What makes Petit Macaroon
different is that the consistence and flavors of the macaroons is better with
us, the people prefer Petit Macaroon because of the variety of flavors and
taste which is the principal, they are attracted too because we not only offer
macaroons as a French dessert, they offer different types of cakes and
delicious cookies, they have jar cakes offered in different French desserts
flavors, like saint honoree, they offer too some new creations like Tres leches
de chocolate, Strawberry Cheesecake, vanilla cream cake, chocolate cake,
strawberries and cream cake, caramel and Reese’s cake.
And now that the company is making
a new release for desserts this spring- summer , which are gourmet chocolates
and gourmet ice-cream lollipops.

To be differentiated from
costumers to maintain to born new ideas for desserts, macaroons and cakes.
How do you currently interact with
your customers?
Currently we interact by the Web
page, Facebook page, and Instagram which keep us connected to them and letting
them to see images and interacting with us, in this pages they can see the
desserts that we have and the new dessert releases.
What is your proposal?
Be connected by the CRM and send
them information every day via e-mail and by via Seesmic blog which is
connected the posts you make every day are being posted too on Twitter and
Facebook to constantly attract your clients.
How do you currently perform
customization with customers?
We don’t have a current
customization only when they make special orders when make an customization in
the order specifically what they want related to flavors, colors and numbers.
What is your proposal?
We are proposing sending via
e-mail to key costumers currently coupons of 15% in the next purchase at the
cake shop or a coupon with vale of 1 macaroon or 1 jar cake.
