Rossano is an italian bistró at ITESO university, that offers to its clients, plenty of Italian dishes such as pizza, fettuccini, lasagna, and others.
Rossano Bistró is worried for having a close relation with our clients, always looking for their satisfaction, with their service and products.

The relational marketing tools Rossano Bistró is going to use are: 
  • CRM
Is going to use strategies made out of the CRM software such as; age, sex, career, birthday and curse. 
CRM will help Rossano to create contact and communication with their clients, sending promotions, discounts and information about the products.
  • One to one Marketing.
Personalize the service in events according to the customer needs and get them special service with a good treatment and quality of the products.

  • Loyalty programs.
Rossano will create a special app for the restaurant in which they will have a user name or code to get him discounts, promotions according to the consume of each client. 

Also Rossano will use digital media like facebook, twitter and instagram to get more clients and create a better relationship with the clients we already have. rossano will use for this images and videos to create content and publicity. 


With these tools Rossano Bistró is trying to get closer to their clients, and bound long term relationship, achieving their satisfaction.

  1. The idea of ​​using social media to attract customers is a very good idea because many people let go us pictures especially when it comes to food because they can publish attractive images for attaining that people will looks delicious and they can go to the restaurant .

    Another aspect that I find interesting is the use a CRM to keep the database of our customers to provide better service and mention to them a discount for purchase frequency or just send promotions to your emails and always keep in mind to Rossano-

    Cool!! is very well explained i love the loyalty program but.

    I think as a italian restaurant you should do something to give tha Brand some power and doing this doing relations with the people.

Another aspect that I find interesting is to create an app for customers to place orders online , especially for people who have little time to attend to the restaurant to eat at the hotel, they can through their app check the menu with their prices , and view photos of the dishes they handle.

  4. I really like the idea of the app you are proposing, I think that the writting style of the blog is very good, maybe putting more pictures to attract the attention of readers will be nice, but I think it is very complete information and dercribes very well the points proposed.

  5. I think it is very important to use pictures in your social media so that customers can really see what the dishes look like. You could also have a special hashtag that relates to the restaurant and have contests about sharing photos eating their favorite Rossano dish, that way you gain more recognition, content, and you can offer some kind of reward to those who do.

  7. I liked very much your blog and the information provided, it made me very full and clear to readers and consumers.

    As for relationship marketing tools considered that are well thought out and are accurate to the company, considered that covers you need to be close to the consumer and provide information. I recommend only two things, one is to make a website and second to deepen more pictures and videos of the company, there more of these elements so that customers know the company and create a connecting link with what the company offers.

  8. i´m not agree with sending emails and use the information to send you promotions, because always i go there because i´m hungry not because i have planned (in ITESO) maybe in other place out of ITESO where i plan to go there i would like to recieve promotions, but it´s my personal opinion :P

  9. I will advice you to´put some examples on the blog, more pictures about the plates, and pasta that you offer packages and good options for the people to go to eat in Rossano, show examples of plates that you have to offer or show the Menu.

I think that loyalty program is a very good idea because in iteso you offer more less the same things than the others because you can only offer food, not the place not the post-sell service and things like that. So a Loyalty program will help the clients to feel that rossano is giving something back, and rossano do cares about its clients
