Facebook: Increase the fans; inviting people, doing littles campaigns, posting the most romantic information of the moment, tips for having a better relation between the couples.
Blogspot: Ask people for being a storyteller or write the best experience the ever had with their couples; post facts like the most important thing to behave with your couple, (stuff of importance of the people and post them and sharing them via Facebook.
Youtube Channel: upload videos about the company , about the events (the process of doing all the dinner to create the perfect moment for the best experience), about the doing all the recipes, and sponsoring spaces in the Zone of Guadalajara.

In this case we will use marketing one to one because our service is personalized so our marketing should be personalized to. We will also use e-marketing because our target is so close with technology and social media.

Red cuisine will make an image in which the client can understand that we can make an special dinner in a normal place. Then we will find couples at romantic or public places and do kind of a flash mob and make a video of that and it in all the social media so people can see in a funny way what red cuisine can do for customers.b) What web analytics program do you suggest for your company? Do they currently use any kind of program or analyze its presence in digital media in any way?
Google Analytics: Red Cuisine is going to use google analytics to follow the flow of internet and social media, they can get info.
c) What will be your contingency plan correction plan and when do you suggest starting implementation?

It is quite interesting how the company is developing its strategy to establish the relation to the client. However when i was reading this post, i noticed that it doesn't have any information about the business neither a direction or a webpage where i can consult it. So i would suggest to the team to specify more the information about the company in order to attract the attention of the clients and improve the communication in all its channels
ResponderEliminarI like your post a lot, especially that you do not only focus on hard facts about your company but also tell stories about your product. I also think that it is a good idea to encourage your customers to tell their own stories in order to create a dialogue with them. The only thing I am not sure about is, if customers would really be willing to invest time and effort to write a story about their personal experiences. Maybe some incentives like a free dinner for the best story could motivate them.
