For relational marketing tools we recommend them to use a CRM system. By using this they can manage their customers and apply for example a loyalty program for the ones that return frequently to the restaurant. We propose to use Zoho, which is a good choice for a small business. It is affordable and has the key features an organization needs. Moreover, it is an intuitive platform and therefore does not require a lot of time for the employees to start working with it. Thirdly, it is cloud-based so it does not consume any extra storage. In addition to that, you can link Zoho easily to all your digital media such as: Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. This would be a great advantage for the restaurant, since it is very active on their social media.
Furthermore we advise them to start working with an ERP software, especially for restaurants this can be a very useful tool. They can manage their finances, the working schedules of the employees and stocking the products for the kitchen.
To come back on the loyalty programs, this would be a great advantage for “La Ciudad de los Almuerzos”. For example, if they check-in or take a photo of their favorite meal and post this on Facebook with the restaurant tagged into it, they have a chance of winning a free breakfast.
For the clients that come frequently they can sign up for a loyalty card. This means that every time they spend 200$ they get a stamp on their card. Once they have collected ten stamps, they get 50% discount on their next visit. Besides that, the restaurant can organize special events for their key customers in which they get to try a preview of the new seasonal menu. It is a special and exclusive night where you get to interact with the chef and the owner of the restaurant. You get a personal look in the kitchen and see how your meal is prepared. From this, there can also be a video made which can be shared on YouTube and referred to on Facebook and Twitter.
By using loyalty programs for which the clients have to sign up, there can be a database developed. This can be implemented in the CRM system and be used for adapting their strategies more effective and on the special needs of their key customers.
I think that the strategy that are using is quite interesting because they are establishing a long-term relationship with all their customers in order to increment the sales traffic and that is really awesome and profitable for a business like this. However i would recommend to the company to establish an interactive and fast feedback with all those clients that post on their social media.

EliminarThanks to this blog I looked at it's youtube account and it's totally amazing it has tons of delicious food videos and they are very creative and I love that they have videos acording to the seasons, holidays, etc.

Also I like the fact that you have an account in a lot of social media so that you can have more interaction with your customers, that also help you to have a feedback from your potential clients.

Being on social media for the tequila it´s really important to create presence on the clients mind.
The loyalty programs that you propose are excellent for the kind of the business. The strategy for Check-In prices are useful because you can spread the word through a click to many friends of your customers. Do you have a website? It would be great to check the menu and to book for special events. Also make some campaigns of birthdays where the customer can receive an special offer for them
ResponderEliminarI consider its a very good business, are fully updated with the technology and with social networks, but i think you should give a little more attention to their customers who are by internet, for example try to give a more kind of promotions by the web.

The digital strategy is excellent because they didn’t do the mistake to be just in one platform (most of the time FB) and they are using the other platforms in different way ( I mean, YouTube for videos, Twitter to updating’s, Instagram for photos, etc..)

About the recommendation I agree. I could recommend another uses to the CRM (the hard work is to have the database, after that, the sky is the limit). With the database you could send specific promos for the customers, made a special events an invite the loyal clients (like the launch of new meal or dessert), etc…
