This company is dedicated to the production of sacks made from polypropylene that are typically used to pack mostly cereals (all types), fertilizers, fruits and vegetables and other products.

These bags are made to fit the customer's needs, with different materials, for example: "enlaynados" that is when they have an extra plastic bag inside the bag to pack more finite material such as acid powder. Another detail is that you can order custom printed with your company logo.

Its main advantage universal costalero center, is that unlike other companies is that they are more geared towards smaller businesses, this in order to deliver small amounts of sacks in a short time but with best quality.

This company based on relational marketing media do not to use the Internet, so they havent blogs, videos, photographs etc. They maintain contact with customers by telephone, where they are given some type of monitoring and monthly product offered with certain promotions.

Use loyalty programs where for a certain amount of purchase, in the next offered a discount, but in most of the cases whenever customers are longer than those offered exclusive prices, also they are given priority for deliveries and other extras delivery and freight services and in appreciation of his loyalty.

  1. I like that you give a lot of information about your company. Even though they do not have a Digital Media Strategy yet, you could might think of one. I think this could be useful also for a rather traditional company like yours.

  2. You can use iframe to attach Google Maps for the location of the business. Also it would be great add some infographic image to illustrate your services or personal

  3. I think this company could really use a Facebook fanpage and connect it with youtube videos since most of the companies have several people ofering the same job you are doing and it's easyer for them to trust you if they know a bit more about you

  4. It would be advisable to start the post put the name of the company to familiarize the reader and eliminate all academic information. Do they have a web page? maybe thats the only digital media tool they are using, you can make a constructive critic to that and detail your proposal. The advantage of not having anything allow you to propose everything.

  7. After reading this post, i noticed this company has a great potential in the market but is a shame that they are using one channel (telephone) to establish communication. I would suggest them to search more channels in order to communicate in more efficient ways with new customers for example like a webpage. As a B2B company, they really need to select they key accounts and develop stronger relationships with them.
    Finally, as i said before, it is really necessary to start looking for new customers in the internet

  9. The use of social media is quit important, you should need to apply facebook to connect with your target audience. The information of the company is adequate but the strategies are missing.

  10. Establish your goals or objectives for the relational marketing strategy.
    Goals: increase sales, expand the company to other states or countries, and give more confidence to the actual and potential clients showing the machines and process with a video.
    Indicate:
    a) What evaluation metrics are you going to use for each level involved in your proposal?
    Business: Income (get a higher profit), Sales (increase the sales in other parts of the country).
    Marketing: Sales (increase the sales in other parts of the country).
    Clients: Conversion rates (metric how the web page works with a new customer).
    Website: Origin of visitors (expand the company to more states)
    b) What web analytics program do you suggest for your company? Do they currently use any kind of program or analyze its presence in digital media in any way? Describe it.
    Google+, and the ones that the host of the web pages includes (bluehost).
    Actually the company doesn’t have any program to analyze the customer or sales, or any digital media to work with.

    c) What will be your contingency plan correction plan and when do you suggest starting implementation?
    My plan is attack the potential market true the web sites (web pages, media…) the implementation suggestion is; star immediately but with some caution and not with all the media pages at the same time.
