It would be advisable to start the post with the name and a little explanation of the company to familiarize the reader with the company. The blog should include the relationship marketing strategy that is currently being used, ie how they currently interact with their consumers and the different digital media toolsmeans used.

Thank you for your advices, we really appreciate them because we are trying to improve our communication everyday. By the time we are planning to create an interactive video in order to show our customers all the services we offer in the Spa and also to give a virtual tour in our facilities.
